Ingredients
1 pack lamington fingers

1 cup thick yoghurt
2 tablespoons white chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water

Method
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pipe onto splitonto a lamington finger and then sandwhich another on top
Chia jam and cream
2 cups frozen raspberries2 tablespoons white chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until a jam forms
- spread cream cheese and jam onto a lamington finger and then sandwhich another on top
